The next Heart of the Bear Taekwondo for Kids session begins 12 January 2019. Join use Saturday morning at 10:30 for a 50 minute safe, fun, friendly martial arts course designed for children 5-6 years old.  

Heart of the Bear: Taekwondo for Kids Kids’ Classes focus on developing basic taekwondo skills and etiquette in a fun, kid-friendly, and safe environment. Open to students 5-6 years old, kids’ classes run in six week sessions that teach rudimentary strikes, blocks, and stances. Children missing the physical activity of the warmer months? Heart of the Bear Kids’ Sessions Begin January 14th at 10:30 A.M. Need an alternative to the gym? Open Classes accepting new enrollments. Don’t just exercise; Improve. Don’t just play a sport; learn an Art.

Starting Monday, October 17th classes will move to our new location on 57th Street.

March 19th: Tournament in Bellevue. There will be Saturday class for those not attending. April 2: Tournament in Lincoln (Swanson’s) and Tournament in Hastings (Neiman’s). There will not be class on Saturday April 2. April 16th: Testing. If you would like to test, make sure you ask permission from one of the instructors.
