First: We are happy to welcome Luke Day to our dojang. Luke is a certified Yoga instructor and teaches Sunday afternoons from 11:30 – 12:30. If you are interested in a yoga program, please contact us. We can put you in touch with Luke. He offers training appropriate for all levels of Yoga practitioners, from first-timers to experienced yogis. Individual Class Rates, Monthly Memberships, and Family Rates plans available.

Second: For the time being, we are suspending our live-streaming, synchronous instruction. All instruction will occur on site. However, we still have reduced class hours.

August Schedule of Classes:
Monday: 6-7 PM; Tuesday 6-7 PM; Wednesday 6-7 PM; Thursday 6-7 PM;
Saturday: 11:30-12:30.

Pre-recorded training videos remain available in our Electronic Dojang. See the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Third: We are still following Lincoln/Lancaster County Guidelines for pandemic protocols. This means all persons entering and exiting our school must wear a face mask. Students may remove masks during exercise (if they choose to do so). Visitors who remain in our office and observation areas must wear a mask. We advise students to bring a towel or a seal-able bag to store their masks in during class to reduce the risk of contamination. At present, our student population safely fits on our floor while remaining at safe distance, so we have not initiated a sign-up/registration system.

Fourth: Kids’ Class Fall Session. “Heart of the Bear: Taekwondo for Kids” will begin on Saturday, Sept. 12. As we did with summer session. Kids’ class will run from 10:20 – 11:10 (instead of 10:30 – 11:20) to help reduce crowding and traffic in our entryway.
